Freshly Renovated Home

Cute older house with modern amenities. Located right downtown within a block from the playpark, Lake Wailes lake, walking path, and the historic downtown shopping area. All of the appliances in the home are brand new, as well as the washer and dryer. There is a large TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom - each with Roku and Netflix. Each bedroom also has a mini split A/C unit to sleep as cold, or hot, as you like. Parking is in the rear covered carport.

Country Villa w/patio and huge yard for parking

Welcome to the Country Villa, a peaceful, two bedroom one and a half bathroom house built in 2007 by Italian snowbirds. Enjoy the outdoor dining area surrounded by tropical trees and plants. There are bird of paradise, bougainvilleas and avocado trees to name a few... The villa is situated in the middle of almost two acres so there's plenty of room for your boat or horse trailer. *This is a no TV home* but there is Wi-Fi so come relax and unwind!

This light and airy open concept design house with a lanai is a comfortable home base for exploring Florida. It is located in the heart of Florida and is less than 2 hours from either coast and Disney attractions. Or, stay home and enjoy Sebring's golf courses, racetrack and many opportunities for fishing and water sports. Highlands Hammocks State Park is nearby for hiking, picnicking and biking.
