Located down a one-lane gravel road between Boone and Banner Elk, North Carolina, our home offers total peace and quiet minutes from High Country Fun. Our backyard is Grandfather Mountain, and Tanawha Trail is within walking distance of the property for hikers. Grandfather Mountain, Price Park, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, wineries and and all of the restaurants of Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk are minutes away. Finish the evening watching stars and chilling on our covered outdoor patio.

"The Loft" is our quaint beautiful vacation rental that will accommodate 2 and is a perfect couples get away. “The Loft” has a private entrance, private balcony. 5-7 min away from Linville waterfalls, winery, and hiking trails. 9-12 min from Sugar Mountain Ski resort & Grandfather Mountain. Close to Boone, Blowing Rock.

Beautiful views of sunrises, hump mountain, banner elk, and beech mountain. The kitchen & living area features tall ceilings but *please note* the bathroom and closet ceiling height is shortened to about 6 ft to make room for the loft bedroom above.
