Innisfree Farms' "Big Tiny" has full size comforts and a beautiful setting on our 70 acre farm. Get back to nature without giving up hot showers and A/C. The perfect countryside place to unplug (though TV and WiFi are available), cook out and relax by the fire. A combination of a rustic natural setting and your well-earned comforts. The Tiny sleeps three -- 2 in the lofted queen and 1 smaller person on the futon-style couch. AWD or 4WD will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!

Iris Den(Peaceful, Quiet and Safe Neighborhood)

This spacious remodeled home features 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, a spacious living room (2 futon beds) with a Smart TV(70 inches), high speed Internet, a dining area, and a full kitchen with cookware, essentials, and a dishwasher. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Just 30 mins from Pittsburgh International Airport, 17 mins to Starlake Amphitheater, only 4 minutes from Elite multiplex and close to Weirton downtown (14 mins) and Franciscan University(16 mins).

The Lily Pad Cabin

Cozy cabin offers open floor plan with covered porch overlooking small pond on our property. Uniquely decorated. Views of woods & fields, but close to numerous restaurants, parks & walking trails, & TRAX Farms. The Trolley to Pittsburgh is two minutes away. Should you need single night accommodation, please message me for consideration. Also consider “Mojo’s Loft”, our pet-friendly rental or Jackson Hill Cabin, our full log home with three bedrooms & a pool table.

Highland Hideaway

Enjoy a tranquil stay on our working farm. You can sit on the front porch and watch the Scottish Highland cows and mini donkeys. A peaceful setting not far from Pittsburgh, several wedding venues and Star Lake Pavilion. Just note, we are a working farm so at times there will be machinery noise, tours happening, farm smells and animals noise that comes with it. If you stay with us during tour days; you are more than welcome to join in for free!

Secluded Tiny “Ginseng House” Artist Retreat

"Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek frontage to enjoy. One very comfortable queen bed in the loft and a fold out double bed love seat on the main floor. Extra guests may pitch tents for $10/night/person. Pets welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.

The Loft in Steubenville

This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The neighborhood is just minutes from downtown Bridgeville, Top Golf, restaurants, movie theater, bowling, and grocery stores. It is also, just 25 minutes to the airport or downtown Pittsburgh. Bring your bikes and enjoy riding on the Montour Trail.

The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"

This 2 bedroom home sits on a friendly residential street in Weirton and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Comfortable beds and pillows professionally laundered with hotel style linens, a coffee bar, and smart TVs and wi-fi. You’ll feel right at home in this clean & comfortable space!
