Welcome to our small, cosy, and comfortable 3 x 2 unit situated in the suburb of Ellenbrook. It may be small in size, but it can comfortably accommodate individuals, couples, and small families/groups of up to 6. The property offers 3 x bedrooms, 2 x bathrooms with shower/toilet (there is no bathtub), and secure undercover parking for 2 x vehicles with direct access into the unit. The home has all the necessities needed to make you stay a comfortable one, and we hope a home away from home!!

Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.
