Ev tamamen size ait olacak, Kapadokyanın merkezinde bulunan bahçeli müstakil evimiz rahat ve güvenli bir tatil için sizleri bekliyor. Evimizde 4 oda 1 salon olup konaklama esnasında sadece misafirimize tahsis edilecektir. Evimize ait bahçede küçükbaş hayvanlarla huzurlu vakit geçirip, bahçemizdeki taze sebze ve meyvelerden yararlanabilirsiniz. Bölgedeki tarihi yerlere eşit mesafede bulunmakta olup sizlere Balon Turu, Atv turu, At safarisi ve Jeep safari, Türk gecesi gibi olanaklar sağlamaktadır.

Arıca's House Ürgüp'ün nezih ve en sakin konumunda olup, kendi evimizin çatı katıdır. Bu huzurlu çatı katında ailece konaklayabilirsiz.
