We will leave for you a beach umbrella, 6 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, beach racket ball, corn hole and a bucket with sand toys for kids. We have a volleyball and soccer ball. There is a beautiful patio and a porch in the premises. The sun hits the patio in the morning and the porch in the afternoon. There is a BBQ in the house.
