Capemay beauty! You will love this corner house!

Our corner property home is in a perfect quiet, safe neighborhood. Our wonderful neighbors live here all year round, how lucky! We are ten minutes by car to Capemay beaches, mall & restaurants. Bay is 3minutes by car. Our home is all newly updated to everyone’s taste. We always replenish our bedding, towels, area rugs and linens in each season. We know how important a CLEAN comfortable home is. Especially sleep, so we have amazing mattresses as well. We only want the best experience for you!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place! Karen's Corner Cottage is the right summer place to kick your feet up and enjoy your time at the shore. The location is perfect! It is 2 blocks from the beautiful Avalon beach to play in the sea and sand, 2 blocks from the bay with public access for fishing, crabbing, or watching a gorgeous sunset, and 1 block from the bustling downtown with restaurants, retail shops, and of course, ice cream! Weekly rentals run Sunday to Sunday.

3BR in amazing location - walk to beach and town!

Clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to everything in Avalon. Great location, 5 minute walk to all of Avalon's shops, restaurants, bars and activities; 10 minute walk to 21st street beach. Unit has all modern amenities along with a large private deck, private parking and has undergone many recent upgrades/renovations. Great alternative to a hotel for weddings, long weekends and and anexcellent place to work "away from home."

Enjoy the tranquility of the ocean sounds during all periods of the day. This house is steps from the beach, boardwalk and the new Surfside Park! Plus its a very short walk (3 blocks) to the center of the action in town. No need to ever use a car!

Beach Block Newly Renovated Condo

Beautiful first floor, 1 bedroom/1.5 bath beach block OCNJ condo. There is a second story deck over looking the ocean. The condo was completely renovated. Large master bedroom with full bathroom. There is an updated kitchen, large refrigerator, Wifi, two HDTVs , DVD player, Central AC and a washer/dryer. There is Sac O Subs, Mallon's Bakery and A la Mode ice cream within walking minutes from the condo. One mile from Corson's inlet for boating and kayaking. We rent all year.
