Perfect Avalon/Stone Harbor location. Beautiful renovated 2nd floor end unit 1 bedroom , 1 and 1/2 bath condo comfortably sleeps 6. Two queen beds in bedroom and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in living room.. Located across the street from recreation fields and the Windrift and Icona Resorts . Features 2 swimming pools , indoor + outdoor, elevator and an onsite laundry (not in the unit). 4 beach tags. Bath towels and linens provided. You must be 25 years old to reserve this condo. No pets.

Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

OASIS Stone Harbor for 12 People + Pool

OASIS Stone Harbor is an authentic "vintage chic" beach house, that is just a block from the ocean and a quick walk or bike ride into town, and it's pet friendly. The OASIS experience is great all summer and as an off-season “retreat” to re-energize mind, body, and spirit. Get your toes in the sand! Decked Out - 1 block to the beach

This bright and open beach house is only one block to the beach! The decks are great for when it is too windy to go to the beach or to take in the beautiful sunset. The bay is 1/2 block away and there is a nice park with a pavilion. Fishing is allowed on the point. Anthony's, Sunset Pier, Sole and Hank Sauce restaurants are within walking distance. The jitney stops at the corner and will take you downtown and back till 4 AM. The house is also close to Avalon. & Stone Harbor
