the perfect couples Retreat ! 1 bedroom Studio apartment with a beachy theme. Studio is in our back yard - with own seperate entrance. We share the backyard but we are careful to ensure that you have privacy. We are in Minerva Avenue, check map for location. We are a short drive from all beaches in the Huskisson & Vincentia area. We are "up the hill" online sometimes updates location which is out of our hands. We are not "on" or "right by" any of our beautiful local beaches in Jervis Bay.

It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.
