The 1940's apartment features high ceilings, loads of natural light, an eclectic mix of antiques, and modern pieces, all creating a relaxed and comfortable beach lifestyle space. A classic 1940’s building- high ceilings, thick walls, sea views from many rooms. Loads of natural light. Huge outdoor balcony overlooking the beach, jetty and Henley Square. Position Position Position!!! Kiama Aspect on Jones Beach is a wonderful beach front, property with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, it has panoramic ocean views. 100 metres from the beach. My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". Comfy King Coil mattresses- All bedding, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided. Privacy block out blinds, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating NBN with free in house WI-FI. No Pets.

Best located property in Pambula Beach. Just completed full house renovation. Access pristine beach from the front garden without crossing any roads. Three bedrooms (one queen, two singles, 4 bunks). Upstairs has its own living area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (main bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom 1 x double, 2 singles - in total, upstairs sleeps 6) Downstairs also has living area, kitchen and bathroom, laundry and 1 bedroom (1x queen and 2 singles)-sleeps 4. Upstairs has 2 outdoor areas - one huge deck overlooking the ocean and one covered outdoor area, downstairs has a 2 covered outdoor areas. Perfect for 2 families.

Peruse rock pools, surf fishing or 4x4 driving. Access to three different beaches, beach launch your boat or drive approximately 10 minute to the nearest boat ramp. Very spacious beach home to fit up to 6-8 people, enjoy time on the balcony, or let the kids play in the secure back yard.
