Lovely Villa. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Pondicherry has mosquito issues due to open gutters which led to mosquitoes in the sitting and living areas. Good air conditioning and enough room for our 10 month old infant to run around. Overall our family had a great time. I will recommend this place.

Good property. Great location right on the beach (however be warned , swimming is not allowed in this beach).

First of all I would like to thank James, who has helped us in everything, right from chekin to booking a cab for us. We were group of 5 girls visiting Pondicherry. The place looks exactly as shown in pictures. The ground floor bedroom and kitchen are small but does the work. It has the ocean view from 2nd floor bedroom and that’s the main highlight. This property is 5-6km from White town. Overall a good stay.

Great property for a group or large family getaway. Really liked the property and the pool. The rooms were large and clean and well maintained. We loved this stay and would be back when we are as a family in pondy.

Four of us stayed for two nights at this property and had an amazing experience. Host was very responsive. The caretaker, Mr. Prakash was very friendly and helpful. He helped us have a smooth checkin even at 11pm. Mr. Prakash filled the pool with lukewarm water which was a great experience. He kept the place very clean. He helped us to choose locations to visit according to our short schedule. He made us spectacular coffee whenever we asked for it. All things considered, staying at this property was a highlight of our trip. It was memorable and definitely would recommend and book this everytime we visit Pondicherry.

This was my second stay at John's villa and it was a really awesome stay. The place looks just like in the photos and like the name says the room gives a Bali vibe. I would definitely love to stay at his place the next time I visit pondicherry.

Great place, great ambiance, great host... Check in and check out was hassle free. The host was responsive. The caretakers were responsive and made sure we were always comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be visiting again whenever I'm in the city.

Best place to stay with friends and family

Nice cozy place to have ure weekend stay... Or week day... Reasonable rates... The host was super and very responsive to every thing... Place was clean... Swimming pool was good... compact size.. Things to add... Microwave oven important... Had a pleasant stay... Swiggy Zomato... All deliver... food...

Secluded, private grounds and quiet. Not having to think about cooking and going to a restaurant meant we could relax so much more. Caretakers were helpful, went out of their way to assist. Rooms were spacious and clean. BBQ chicken was wonderful. Pool was 🤩 The caretakers when they knew I was very interest in cultural experiences gave me my very own personal experience. As a professional outdoor educator The Bushcraft Man sat and learnt new tropical skills that I will never forget.
