Welcome to our studio apartment in the French town. A stone's throw away from the beach road, it has an air-conditioned bedroom with a balcony and a king-size bed. We have everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, premium furnishings, AC, hot water, linen and towels, television, WIFI, a desk and two chairs in case you wish to burn the midnight oil. There's ample parking space on the street to park your car. We are a minute's walk from the school for perfect eyesight.

The flat is 50 meters from the seashore and about 500 meters from the Gandhi Statue, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, and many cafés and restaurants. Getting around is easy with autos, cab rentals, and scooter rentals nearby. We provide secure car parking, and being on the ground floor makes the unit convenient for senior citizens.

This spacious private 1 BHK(no sharing)flat is 5 mins drive to whitetown and promenade beach. Location is vaithikuppam(please google). It's a non- SMOKING flat and no balcony. The locality is very safe. Road to the flat is a bit narrow but manageable for cars. Parking is available or you can park in nearby streets. It's not an asthetic location as white town but decent where lot of Ashram people reside. * 180 m from nearest Seashore. * 1.3 km from Rock Beach, White Town. * Cafes- 1-1.5km

NO SMOKING STRICTLY not Allowed, Discover the little and cute appartment, baby is not strictly allowed please ,thank you ,will be confortable in the house. There is a room, Queen size bed,a little kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, and a big terasse in upstair, but there is not hall in 2nd floor. care taker is there only for check in and check out i The house is well-equipped. 2026 Jan to march construction beside the house is going on sorry for the noise thank you
