LoveCedarPt - Explore the Hamptons & Montauk, Eat, Provision and Glamp in Comfort at the 607 acre Cedar Point County Park on Northwest Harbor near Sag Harbor & E. Hampton. Lodge overnight in comfort & style in our furnished platform Safari Tents in a perfect tree meadow on the bluffs overlooking the bay and Shelter Island with sunsets 2nd to none. For 2022, we have 12 tents with queen beds and linens. Tents are covered with large rain flies that make a covered porch for the Adirondack Chairs.

Tipi Tranquility-Glamping at it's best

Tipi amenities includes a handmade King bed with a 12" mattress and Dining table & benches, double futon with 8" mattress, whiskey barrel sink, 3.4 cu ft refrigerator, floor A/C unit and 2 space heaters, 3 nightstands, hanging antler chandelier, compost toilet, outhouse, fire pit (Wood bundles can be purchased at either the Ingles grocery store of the Caney Fork general store for approx. $5.99 per bundle), 2 person hammock and outdoor shower and gas grill. Kayaks rent for $30 each for 3-4 hrs.

Sharon Springs Tentaway

Enjoy the beautiful NY evenings and get away from it all with a campfire and tent under the stars. You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels and blankets but bring your favorite pillows and water. Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories. We live on the property but you’ll have complete privacy.

You will have exclusive use of the campsite, our Tipi hideaway is perfect for anyone who loves being outdoors, sleeping under the stars, without sacrificing the comforts of home. When you come up our lane, stop at our house and we will take you to the site. You can drive to it. Please read and understand all our rules before you visit.
