Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

Enjoy a completely remodeled, home on 5 forested acres with a year-round stream running just behind the home. It has all the joys of camping but all the features of a luxury bungalow, with new appliances, high speed internet, and upgraded bathrooms with soaking tubs. There is a fire pit next to the stream and a wood stove to keep the house cozy with lots of dry wood waiting for you to enjoy. Enjoy horseshoes as well! The property is completely fenced! Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

The home is in a great location within this quaint small town, only a few minutes from the shopping and restaurants downtown and just down the road from Pinnacle Peak (local-favorite trail). Enumclaw is centrally located between Crystal Mountain, Mount Rainier, Snoqualmie, and Downtown Seattle (or Tacoma) and is near Muckleshoot Casino and White River Amphitheatre - Lots of options for all types of PNW fun!!

Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.

Short drive to the waterfront, grocery stores, farm stands, Washington state fairgrounds and hospitals. Bring your pet to keep you company. Room to park a smaller trailer if needed.
