This restored seaside guest cottage is an ideal getaway place for couples. Wake up to the sound of the ocean's waves, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the private hot tub overlooking the Bay of Fundy. Take the stairs to the beach to beachcomb for treasurers. Prepare your own meals or enjoy a meal next door at the Halls Harbour Lobster Pound Restaurant. A great place to use as home base while exploring the Annapolis Valley, hiking to Cape Split or visiting the many local breweries and wineries.

The Greenhouse Cottage

We feel that the best way to describe our getaway to be “Rustic Elegance”. When you walk through the door you will instantly feel the warmth of a uniquely styled Adirondack cottage. Located nearby to the Acadia Highway (aka Route 1), we are close by to historic Fort Knox, Castine, and Acadia. Enjoy our attached “Greenhouse” which has been made over into a delightful screenhouse/patio, the country setting, blueberry fields, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! This efficient tiny house is located on Newbury Neck in between Morgan bay and Union river bay. Queen bed, kitchen, bathroom, washer & dryer. Has everything you need and nothing more. Perfect for a solo stay or for a couple. Close to Acadia National Park, Blue Hill, and quiet beaches. Jack is a licensed boat Captain through the U.S. Coast Guard and offers a discounted sail charter to our guests aboard our 36 ft. Catalina, Luna. Or, hop the lobster boat, Otter, to explore the local islands.

Retreat by Riverwood is an outstanding property within the Riverwood portfolio of properties specializing in the highest end of luxury and serene accommodation featuring spectacular water views. The Retreat has been assembled with couples in mind as a romantic getaway as its tucked away in a very private and secluded site a mere 800 ms upstream from the Inn. This ultra private location is accessed via a steep staircase or steep driveway so for those with mobility challenges be mindful.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

We are a hidden gem along route 80, just 15 minutes from TCH at whitboune. You’ll find walking trails, heritage information and must visit neighbouring communities. We are less than 5 minute commute to the Dildo Brewery. In our community, you’ll find local bakeries and a multitude of restaurants.

Tiny house with AC!!

A tiny guest house (450 sq ft) overlooking the Benjamin River. AC!!. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private porch. Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.

One large bedroom with bath and beautiful water view. Key pad entry. The suite is a newly built totally private, extension on the house. You can walk to the beach and to local trails. Hike, clam, birdwatch, bike, sit and read.... There are several restaurants in or near Pembroke. It is 13 miles to Eastport for whale watching, shopping, restaurants and cafes. Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. Your driveway space is yours.
