Roomy Penthouse in Entertainment and Conference District

To be very clear, this is a different category of Penthouse than anything else you might see listed in Halifax. At 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, large dining room, large lounging area and at 3800 square feet this is the biggest and most luxurious apartment you will find. This truly is the perfect downtown location. With this luxury comes responsibility there is zero tolerance for noise so no parties. More picture to come! Furniture arriving daily for a mid September welcome date. If you are interested I will share concept images and more details about the apartment. This beautiful cottage is fully accessible and is now air conditioned. Wide doorways, level thresholds, lowered kitchen counters, barrier free shower and more make this the ideal spot for those with mobility issues, but can be enjoyed by anyone. Ideally located between Morell and St. Peter's Bay, we are just a short drive from beaches, shopping, restaurants and more. It has a 3-star Canada Select rating, is part of the “Access Advisor” program and licensed with the Province of PEI Lic #2301123.

The house has a access trail to 35 acre Mason Pond. This newly built home has an abundance of open space with native wood walls and ceilings. The kitchen and living room is on the second floor capturing views of surrounding hills and distant ocean. 2nd fl A/C only .The second floor has sliding glass doors opening to a 36 ft covered deck.The 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor with queen size beds. Our lakefront cottage on Beech Hill Pond is small but recently constructed &very clean. This is a quiet,family oriented area.If your group is not a family we ask that you request approval from us stating your situation.Also we do not allow pets,please don’t ask. Red Island Getaway

This is our cozy cottage in beautiful Stanley Bridge, PEI. We are located in the quietest country setting you can get while only being minutes to all of PEI’s greatest attractions, Which makes this a perfect location for a PEI vacation! Sitting one row back from the river with a river/bridge view. Pets allowed with $150 per pet per stay. If you have allergies we can’t guarantee that past pet hair will be 100% gone.
