Less than two blocks from the beach and just 7 minutes to historic downtown Saint Augustine. Heated pool, hot tub, firepit, putting greens, outdoor bar featuring TV, gas grill & fridge. Separate guest suite that includes its own kitchen and bathroom. Tennis courts/basketball court/pickle ball court/baseball field and dog park just steps away directly across the street. House & guest suite completely renovated in 2021, including addition of backyard paradise. This is like your own private resort!

Whole house 2 miles from Downtown St. Augustine & just 3 miles from the beautiful Top-Rated beaches! Sleeps 8, 3b/2b (4 beds total). Decor & furnishings are all brightly hand painted by the owner. The house is situated on a quiet street, near the main drag but far enough away to get a peaceful nights sleep. The space is well equipped with everything you'd need to feel right at home and the entire place is yours during your stay. Private Fenced in yard with a grill. We hope to hear from you soon!

Cozy, pet-friendly house with full kitchen and laundry facilities 1.5 miles from the center of historic downtown St Augustine. 6 miles from beaches. Down to earth vibe. Fenced yard. Good quality mattresses on both beds (Tempurpedic in master and Sealy pillow-top in the other). Driveway parks up to two cars. Walking distance to several bakeries and restaurants and a convenience store. Large dog crate provided. Happy to provide local recommendations - we love it here and want you to love it, too!

Coastal home 5 mins from downtown sits on a double lot and has water views from every room! A stone's throw from the intercoastal and just across A1A from an uncrowded beach. This Gorgeous 3-bedroom home is loaded with high-end furnishings and artwork. The Oak trees give this home 3 decks and tons of privacy. 50' Smart TV in every bedroom. Alexa shows in each bedroom. Upstairs on the 3rd floor is the huge master suite built for royalty. Treat yourself to the best and never be disappointed.

Recently built gorgeous 5-bedroom beach house with heated pool and game room with pool table, foosball, dart, shuffleboard, and ping pong. Living rooms on each level. Great for families. Gourmet chef's kitchen with 5 burner gas stove. Cable TV with all movie channels provided. Includes a putting green, bocci court, outdoor dining under the covered patio and a smart TV. BIKES INCLUDED PET FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)

Awesome little brick house in the country close to downtown GCS, Clay County Fairgrounds and Green Cove Marine. House has been renovated with hardwood floors, GAS stove, dishwasher, ice maker with lots of counter space in kitchen! Farmhouse style decor with smart tv. Has Wifi. Has coin operated washer and dryer in a separate shared unfinished laundry room. Shared carport set up as a sitting area with a gas grill. House sits on over 2 acres! Other units on the property.

BRAND new luxury rental with the double family traveler in mind, offering 2 master-suites, a secondary living room area for kids /In-laws with pool, all within steps of the Atlantic ocean. The home is located within the 2nd block off the ocean and a county maintained beach access that does not have public parking for truly a pristine uncrowded beach experience. The home has 2 master suites on the main floor and upstairs has 2 bdrms and 2nd living-room.

Newly built w/garage In The Heart of St.Augustine

Great walkable location on a safe quiet street; Spacious and very comfortable for entertaining and relaxing. Nice touches like bikes and beach chairs. Very comfortable beds. The porches have rocking chairs too. The home is on one level which is also nice for elderly with mobility challenges. The host is very responsive, and guests say this is a convenient stay for local weddings, special events¸ and an enjoyable vacation.

The Cordova House, Historic Downtown St. Augustine

The "Cordova House", built in 1900, is the Victorian Secret of the Ancient City District, featuring covered balconies in front and back, a private back deck, high ceilings, modern kitchen, a Kohler 10 head shower, two indoor spa tubs and more. Located in the heart of downtown, yet also has off-street parking for up to two cars (very rare). Nothing compares.
