Welcome! Get comfortable in this 2 bd/2 ba cozy home with fully stocked kitchen, private back yard with 2 porch areas, grill, garage with washer and dryer, and bikes for you to use. You are less than 1 mile from the beach and within a few miles of delicious restaurants, and Sunshine Park. Mayo Hospital is also only 2.4 miles inland. Extra Cleaning. It's Beachy with 4 bikes! Just 10 short blocks to the sand. Feel the sea breeze at our clean and cute 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home near the beach, golfing, and Mayo Clinic. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in South Jax Beach with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Brand new floors, clean towels and clean bedding make our home a smart choice. Sunshine Park is 2 blocks away with skateboard park, children's playground/splash area, basketball and tennis courts, and exercise path.

This fun, funky, vintage cottage built in the 1940's is just 4 blocks to the ocean, Seawalk Pavilion & Jax Beach Festivals, and 2 blocks to restaurants, Publix Grocery, Yoga studios and Ginger's Place (a haunted bar!). Convenient 10-minute drive to Mayo Clinic, 15 minutes to TPC Sawgrass, and 30 minutes to the airport. *Message us about our other cottage even closer to the beach!*

Cozy home located in a quite and safe neighborhood. 3 1/2 miles from the beach, 1 mile to the Mayo clinic, 5 miles to the Town Center, 1 1/2 miles to a marina and 1 mile to a state preserve with access to the intracoastal water ways. Walking distance to a park with tennis courts and playground for children. Adventure Landing waterpark is 2.5 miles away. 1 mile walking distance to stores and restaurants. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the screened in lanai listening to the Koi pond waterfall!

Welcome to Pablo Beach Vacation Rentals! (All roads in the area are under repair right now) This unit is a beautifully renovated beach condo 1 1/2 blocks from the water. Upstairs unit. Tile floors throughout. Updated kitchen with all the amenities. Private yard. Beautiful, spacious front porch. Great restaurants, coffee shop (local Breezy and also Starbucks), surf shops within walking distance. All other shopping very close! 2 full bedrooms with queen size beds. Pets welcome.

Cute, clean efficiency apartment within a larger home. Completely private with separate entry door. Luxury vinyl "wood" flooring, Memory foam mattress. Appliances include dorm fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, burner, coffee pot. Plenty of storage and a large closet. Only 4 miles from the stadium and downtown. 10 miles from Mayo Clinic and 13 to the beach. Centrally located - a great location for concerts, festivals and other events in the Jacksonville area!

Hidden Gem

This 'beachy' key west style guesthouse is hidden from the street but not the ocean breeze! The beach is only 1 block away and easy to get to by foot. You can't help but to spend your time relaxing on the large front porch. The property is fenced in and has a yard. Guests can use the BBQ, bikes, beach chairs, body boards and cooler, so you don't have to buy or bring your own! The house is between Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach Town Centers.
