We stayed at this property for the second straight year for the GA/FL game. the property was clean and well stocked and close restaurants and a Publix across the street. We will stay here again.

We started our little family vacation in Vilano Beach last year and decided to make it a yearly tradition. This house was perfect! It was a close walk to the beach and had everything we needed. There were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc! Lori also provides a very detailed book full of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The neighborhood is so cute and perfect for walking the dog. The house was very accommodating for the pup as well. It was another fun filled vacation!

My husband, our 2 dogs & myself had a wonderful stay in Neptune Beach. The location was a block to the beach in a very dog & people friendly neighborhood. The home was extremely clean & modern. Everything was easy; check in, WiFi, TV, even the light switches were labeled. The host, Christopher was very responsive to our questions & accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again!

Michael was an excellent host and I now have a new place to stay when I come to Jacksonville. The beach front views are perfect and relaxing. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Best, Jelani

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!

When can I come back?! Such an amazing view and the amount of windows is so nice to let in all the light. For a 3 unit house it was super private. The patio was great as it had a gate so my 2 year old could walk around outside. The inside is very spacious and the kitchen is great to cook with multiple people in. If you are deciding between places you should stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

The house was beautiful and looked even better than the photos. The pool was awesome and a huge hit for my whole family. It was the perfect size and warmed to perfection! We loved the beach! It was a short walk and never crowded! I would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend it!!!

This was a great house for our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool and it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. Also super close to Downtown St Augustine. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. We Highly recommend.

Christopher was such an amazing host! The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and truly GORGEOUS! A very short walk to the beach and the pool area was private and serene. The house was a perfect place for our family to get away for a few days. Plenty of room to spread out. We greatly enjoyed the pool! It was about a 5 min walk to the beach and around 10 min drive to downtown St. Augustine. We appreciated the provided pool towels, toys, beach chairs and wagon. We would stay here again!

Amazing, very clean, safe, beautiful place. We loved being walking distance from the beach. We spent most mornings and evenings in the pool which was super clean and well taken care of. The house had everything we needed for towels, linens, and kitchen items. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, kept commenting on how great of a place the Airbnb was and how accurately it was depicted. We had a great escape from stick season.

We thoroughly enjoyed this 5th floor private condo. The views were wonderful, space was comfortable and appreciated ability to make some easy meals. Driving around on the golf cart exploring the grounds was the highlight for our 4 year old (along with the many hours spent playing on the beach) make sure to check out the many parks and walking paths - also don’t forget Fro yo at Mellow Yellow. The beach was easy to quickly access and appreciated the chairs, sun shade, cooler and beach toys. The beach had the softest sand, so many shells to find and beautiful sunrises. Outside of Omni - downtown Amelia Island was super cute - our favorite restaurant was Mezcal. Jacksonville Zoo is a must - check out Billy Jacks on the way back, delicious BBQ.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cane Cottage — it was exactly what we were hoping for and then some. Cozy, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family getaway. It felt like every detail had been thought of — from the well-stocked kitchen to all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better — literally steps to the beach, which most days felt like our own private spot. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was such a treat, and we spent our days either posted up with a book, wandering down the beach, searching for shells, or heading into town to explore St. Augustine. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and convenient — easy to unplug and relax, but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Our family felt so at home here, and we’re already talking about when we can come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura and Jeremy’s home and would definitely return again! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, great location to beach and to many things to do. The kitchen was well stocked. There were many beach items available for use which was very helpful. The kids loved the ping pong table and available games. The beach was just a short walk away and felt like a private beach, beautiful white sand and many shells. Communication was fabulous, with lots of local recommendations by the hosts. The neighborhood was well maintained, quiet, friendly people, and felt very safe.

Raniya was a great host! The airbnb was exactly what we were looking for. I would stay here again.

The BEST Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The house was immaculately clean and comfortable! Directly across the street from a beautiful, well maintained beach. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch listening to the ocean. The hosts; Willie & his beautiful wife were amazingly kind and helpful!! They gave us delicious local restaurant recommendations! If we could stay forever we would! It felt like being with family! Private parking & walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! There is a ton to do and there’s so much to see! Five star experience hands down! If we could leave more stars we would!!

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!
