Spacious retreat or workplace

Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood in eastern New Providence, this spacious, stylish one bedroom, one bath suite is newly completed, with its own entrance at the rear of the home. We are just a 5 minute drive to beaches, grocery stores and pharmacies, local and fast food restaurants. Downtown and Paradise Island/Atlantis Resort are just 20 minutes away via the scenic waterfront Eastern Road. The enchanting world of BahaMar and Cable Beach is just 15 minutes beyond downtown.

Affordable home for solo travelers only

Before booking please read house rules. Chic gated community w/ access to the sea, 1 bedroom, office, dining room & kitchen: Refrigerator, kettle, n toaster oven. A stove is available 4 an additional fee if interested please inquire. Wi-Fi is fast allowing 2 work from paradise. Food store is a 2 min walk, Pink Octopus restaurant in Palm Cay is a stone throw away, the bus stop is a 7 min walk. A Form of Identification will be required at entrance. Long term rentals are welcome!

Beautiful Oasis # 2

This is one of 4 beautiful condos that you will love , it's cozy and quite , we are 15 mins drive into down town, 5 mins (drive) to the nearest beach, and 10 mins drive to the famous Atlantis hotel , I do recommend a rental Car as we are about 35 mins away from the International airport. The owners LIVE on property . You will have full privacy. WE ARE NOT IN WALKING DISTANCE to any stores..( BUT THERE ARE STORES ABOUT 5 MINS DRive).#NO VISITORS# Register guest only PLEASE.

30 second drive to Junkanoo beach. Closer to the beach than on the airbnb map. 10 min from airport. Very Close to downtown, US Embassy, night life, restaurants, food shops, Arawak cay, bus stop is a one minute walk away. Television has Netflix. Hot water available.
