An architecturally designed home in a prime Mount Maunganui location, which is just a minutes walk to the beach and five minutes walk to the cafes and boutique shops of The Mount. This home offers garage parking and off street parking, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and two outdoor patios. This home is perfect for a couple or would suit a family traveling with teenagers (regrettably no infants or children under 12 years old will be accepted).

Best spot in Whangamata: 1950's beachfront bach

Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

Additional warm shower out the back to clean off the salt and sand is a real asset

You'll have your own area in our spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, a short distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

This cosy 3 bedroom bach is positioned right on the beach front. It offers guests expansive views of the white sands of Whiritoa, and the beautiful Pacific ocean at your doorstep. Whiritoa has a lagoon at one end which is perfect for children to safely paddle in and a great, quiet beachside experience. Property has internet connectivity and Sky TV.

Opening onto a private courtyard with birdbath and fishpond this fully equipped dwelling has all new appliances, chiropractic mattress with optional Memory foam pillows in a romantic queen bedroom. The second Victorian themed bedroom has two single beds with quality linen. A fifth person can use the daybed in the living area, also with a very comfy mattress.

Beautiful, modern house with expansive ocean views. Watch the sun rise, the moon rise and the magical rose coloured sunsets that reflect off of the south cliff face. Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer. Located in the historic Karangahake Gorge, the home offers a vast array of experiences accessible from it’s superb location. The 2 acre tree lined property borders the Hauraki Cycle-way and Ohinemuri River. John is a sculptor and Julie is a florist and they work from their studios on the property. This property is NOT available for parties. John and Julie live onsite in an adjoining studio.
