Our piece of paradise is situated on the edge of the water in the Athenree Village (north end of the Tauranga harbour). The modern upstairs apartment is yours exclusively. From here you can: watch the sunrise over the water; enjoy the ever-changing view of the tide; watch the varied and rich bird life; or relax while reading or playing games from our library. Feel more energetic? Walk to the surf beach; visit the hot pools or take a walk on the water edge. We follow AirBnB cleaning protocols.

Seaforth Lodge - Marlin Room

Seaforth Lodge provides great accommodation a minutes walk from the beach. Lie in bed, see and hear the waves or grab your board and head out for an early morning dip in the ocean. Own entrance, ensuite, fast Wifi, plenty of off street parking. Linen, towels, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and crockery provided. 2 rooms with adjoining doors, great for a friends getaway. Not suitable for small children. Other listings: Major studio & Matakana self contained unit

Waihi Beach House Studio Unit

Self contained, fully carpeted studio unit. Very private. Not suitable for children or mobile infants. Waihi Beach is a short walk away from the studio unit. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby in the village all walking distance if required. During the winter season however some of the cafes and restaurants do close mid week. Please let me know if you require anything. There are two small dogs on the property but are contained in a seperate area from the studio unit.

Our whimsical cottage is perched near the top of the tranquil Waitawheta Valley at the gateway into the Northern Kaimai Ranges. Enjoy river swimming and hiking right from the property or just relax on the deck and enjoy the beauty of the valley. 5 minute drive to the Hauraki Rail Trail and the award-winning Falls Retreat restaurant. 10 minutes drive into the heart of the Karangahake Gorge and Waihi and 15 minutes through to Paeroa or out to Waihi Beach.

Beachfront House at Whiritoa, Coromandel

Beautiful, modern house with expansive ocean views. Watch the sun rise, the moon rise and the magical rose coloured sunsets that reflect off of the south cliff face. Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer. Homewood Cottage

Homewood cottage is situated in a private garden behind the main homestead “Homewood”. Homewood was built in 1876 by Dr Thomas Fletcher and was the original farm house in the area. The cottage was built in the early 1900s when the property was owned by George Alley a well known philanthropist. Guests can enjoy the private lawn and garden around the cottage, and wander down the hedgerow to the pond overlooking the Tauranga harbour.
