I highly recommend to stay at Hale's place. Very safe area. We had a wonderful night. We wished we had more time to stay. Hale is very informative and welcoming. The location is in a serene area. You can ride the bus to the center or enjoy a 30 minutes walk. We loved the cats around.

Wonderful host, would for sure stay here again. Absolutely accommodating, even helped me with my transportation during my flight day which would not have been possible without him. There are also small markets near by for snacks with reasonable prices so you’re not overpaying.

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

Süper ev sahibi kuponumla konaklayarak, ilk defa misafir tecrübemi, bir süper ev sahibi Hale Hanımla yaşamak bir şanstı. Hale Hanım oldukça deneyimli, iletişimi çok kuvvetli, tüm sorularıma hem hızlı hem de çözüm odaklı cevap veren harika bir ev sahibesi. Odadaki eski zaman ruhunu yansıtan lambalar, Hale Hanımın yaptığı tablolar ve ayna çok hoş detaylardı. Balkon, konaklamamdaki favori yerimdi. Sabah kahvaltısı oldukça doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı sonrasında Türk kahvesi eşliğinde, Hale Hanımın deneyimlerini dinlemek bir ev sahibesi olarak benim için paha biçilmezdi. Mekan, vapurdan inince yaklaşık yarım saat yürüme mesafesinde. Hale Hanım, yerleşmeden önce bana üç odayı da gösterme inceliğinde bulundu. Rezerve ettiğim odada kalmayı tercih ettim, ancak ne yazık yatak benim için yeterince konforlu değildi, fakat zaten en kısa zamanda yeni yatak almayı planlıyormuş. Perdeler daha bakımlı olursa odanın havasının değişeceğini düşünüyorum. Hale Hanıma tekrar çok teşekkür ediyorum

The location is perfect for anyone wanting easy to access to some of the main tourist attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There is also a tram stop right out the front for easy commute to other areas. The accommodation is basic but is comfortable for a short stay in Istanbul

We were so pleased to have chosen Marmara Guest House. It was exactly as advertised, so well located, and affordable. The top floor terrace and breakfast and on-site staff were very helpful. Would rewcommend it to anyone easily. Thanks.

We had 2 nights at Marmara Guesthouse and found it was in a great location near the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The reception guys had good English and helped with our luggage. It is a quiet place with double glazing and aircon/heating in our room. Internet was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and foods to try. Sadly the coffee wasn’t very strong and the bed mattress was too firm. But they’re just small things. Recommend Marmara !

What a gem of a Guesthouse Elif has created at Marmara. Whilst the location is perfect near to all the major sites the guesthouse itself is an oasis of calm where one can retreat back after a day of pounding the streets. Everyone who works there couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and very quick to rectify any problems one had. The breakfast was utterly delicious with so much choice from delicious vegetable dishes to eggs, both boiled and scrammbled, to all sorts of delicious pastries and breads. As a result one was able to enjoy a feast before setting off for the day and all with a spectacular view. The room I ended up sleeping in was also very comfortable and a lovely place to come back to with its view of the sea. I will definitely be returning but next time with my husband and son!

A great place to stay- 5min from Hagia / Blue Mosque with plenty of dining options and convenience stores just around the corner. There is also a laundry next door with a 2 hour turnaround time. Staff were all super friendly and helpful with very good English. Room was very comfortable and quiet with good air-conditioning and a good shower. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty with many options. If I return to Istanbul, I'd definitely stay here again.

I really loved this place and it will now be my go to location for central Istanbul. Incredible value given where it is: right at the centre of best part of the city, with beautiful views of the Blue Mosque and surrounding area, yet far enough away from the main road to be peaceful. The staff were also really proactive and helpful with everything I needed. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was gine, the host was so kind and gracious. The building is old but clean.

Отзывчивый, доброжелательный и вежливый хозяин. Помог заселиться и объяснил как добраться в аэропорт. Номер чистый и опрятный с балконом. Утром угостили завтраком! За эту цену мне всё понравилось!
