يتميز هذا المسكن بالقرب من جميع وسائل المواصلات والسوق السياحي والماركت والمطاعم والمرسي النيلي ومتحف النوبه وجزيره فريال مناسب للعائلات جدا يوجد في وسط البلد اسوان يوجد داخل الشقه كل ما تحتاجه الاسره في البيت يتميز بأنه بيت واسع ونظيف يوجد به مطبخ به كل شيء وتكيفات جديده ومغسله وثلاجه كبيره و4 سراير نظيفه وسفره للطاعم كبيره وريسبشن بشاشه وواي فاي وسخان مياه وكاتيل وبوتجاز بالفرن ومفروشات صيفي وشتوي ومراوح استاند ومفروشات في الأرض نظيفه جدا
