Fantastic apartment walking distance from local mall. Incredible sunset views.

El apartamento está en un lugar muy céntrico y está todo nuevo. La cama es muy firme. Si pretendes trabajar allí on line deberías saber dos cosas: - El salón y la cocina son muy oscuros, la luz natural está en la habitación y tienes que trabajar allí si quieres esa luz. - Estuve dos días sin internet, uno se cortó en plena videoconferencia de trabajo y volvió la conexión a las dos horas y otro día estuve 8 horas sin internet, si te ocurre tienes que contactar con Hestia para que te lo solucionen, lo hacen a distancia. Tiene escoba y trapos para la limpieza que no hay siempre. En general está muy bien y para corta temporada de visita a la ciudad es ideal. Si eres electrosensible, debes saber que la casa de enfrente a la terraza tiene aparatos de gran potencia funcionando 24/7 que emiten un zumbido constantemente. Lo mejor de todo el conserje Marcial, la mejor ayuda que tuve en toda mi estancia, en multitud de asuntos que no le competían fue siempre muy amable, resolutivo y atento.

Primeramente destacar la rapidez con la que contestan los anfitriones, reglas bien claras y departamento tal cual como se ve en las fotos, la ubicación es perfecta, ademas hay un s6 y un biggie al lado que abren 24 horas! Recomiendo plenamente este alojamiento 🙌🏻

Great apartment with one bedroom. For a remote worked like me was perfect with that desk in the room and the room facing the sun! Beautiful sunset every evening and great rooftop with pool and gym! Totally worth it and very close to coffees and restaurants 5 minutes walk The Airbnb guys were super fast replying and friendly! Very nice and easy to communicate with them

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí ya que es un departamento que cuenta con todo para un linda estadía, está cerca de los shopping , tiene una terraza y una pile muy linda, el departamento es cómodo. Cuenta con seguridad todo el día . Lo super recomiendo

I had a comfortable and peaceful stay. It was quiet, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing. Nico was a great host, very friendly and helpful. I always try to stay in this building when apartments are available because the amenities are excellent. Highly recommended!

10/10 Herbert was a perfect host and hosts like him are what make this platform great. He exceeded my expectations and during a small inconvenience out of his control he went out of his way to make things perfect for us. Very helpful, responsive and made us feel at home. His home was lovely and our family really enjoyed the space. A perfect stay and we will return again. Thanks for being such a great host Herbert!

What a wonderful place to stay—- in the house where Sophia has lived all her life , and it was great to be with her and her family ..what stood out though was my daughter and I spending a whole day with Sophia. It really was the highlight of our trip to Aregua and the surrounding area!!

Schöne Unterkunft mit allen was man braucht! Das Internet war ausreichend zum Arbeiten (für 2 digitale Normaden). Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.
