We are located 30 miles, an easy country drive, to Brookings/SDSU.Our farm is on a paved highway and you can enjoy a quiet walk to a beautiful country church just 1/8 mile away. The property is a few miles south of Brookings, SD or 41 miles north of Sioux Falls, SD. You can watch the sun set from one of the 3 decks. Pool table, poker table, gas fire pit, wood fire pit, and two docks on the property. The public beach and Kattails Bar and Convenience store is 300 yards away. 3 night minimum. No bachelor/bachelorette parties.

This home will be all yours when you book! There are three beds, two bathrooms and two different living room areas with TVs to unwind after a long day of sports or work. This house is located near the Hillcrest Aquatic Center so you will be pretty well centrally located. The property has a large patio with a charcoal and gas grill available for guest use and two different kitchen areas.

A peaceful place in the country, yet only two miles from town. Twenty minutes from numerous lakes and many walk- in hunting areas. Not outdoorsy?
