Prezzo ottimo, alloggio curato nei minimi dettagli, c’è tutto il necessario. Letto comodissimo con il topper, cucina funzionale. Davvero bello e in una posizione decisamente strategica.

Together with other friends, we have decided to organise a workation in Turin. Sergio's beautiful flat was the right choice for a more extended stay: spacious, cosy, homie, clean - it had all we needed to enjoy our visit. The area known as "Liberty" is absolutely fantastic and can be called an open-air museum. Decorative facade elements and artistic experiments of the architecture you are surrounded by and live in are stunning. The flat is well-connected by public transport, but walking is highly recommended to contemplate the city's beauty.

Parfait pied à terre pour quelques jours à Turin. Très bien placé, le centre se rejoint facilement à pied. Tout ce qu'il faut à proximité grâce aux bons conseils de nos hôtes : restaurants, café pour le petit déjeuner, pizzas à emporter... L'appartement est grand, cosy, on s'y sent immédiatement bien. Petit plus non négligeable : un minimum de produits d'hygiène et d'épicerie pour dépanner !

L’host e’ stata molto gentile e professionale, sempre precisa e disponibile ad ogni domanda, non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problemi. Il posto come da descrizione..

Fabrizio è un host splendido sempre disponibile per ogni eventualità. L’alloggio é in zona Fiera ma con la Metropolitana è comodissimo anche per visitare in scioltezza tutta la città.

Appartamento super in ordine, di facile accesso e con il grandissimo plus di avere un garage coperto in bel contesto a pochi passi dall' appartamento. Indicazioni precise e risposte assolutamente veloci da parte di Barbara, anche ad orari "scomodi" considerando la mia prenotazione dell' ultimo minuto. E' stata anche molto gentile e flessibile in merito alla mia richiesta di check-in anticipato. Se ricapiterà di tornare a Torino in altra occasioni la contatterò certamente. Assolutamente consigliato!!

Proprietari eccezionali. Davide il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check-in è stato gentile e molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni. La proprietaria ci ha fatto avere moltissime informazioni e ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste. La casa poi è molto accogliente, bagno praticamente nuovo. Veramente nulla da dire. Quando torneremo a Torino sicuramente torneremo in questa casa

Parfait , Sergiu est très réactif à nos questions. Bel emplacement, parking dans la rue avec des restaurants à proximité également Concernant l’appartement il est super propre et l’organisation pour l’entrée et sortie est parfaite. La seule remarque que je pourrais faire, c’est le dysfonctionnement de la télé toutes les cinq minutes, le réseau se coupe et à chaque fois il faut relancer Netflix, c’est pénible à la longue… ( on est pas venu pour regarder la télé mais on aime bien l’ambiance de la télé le soir tard avec l’apéro .) Sinon c’est parfait, merci beaucoup pour ce séjour

Wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in einem bezauberndem Haus voller guter Energie. Die Terrasse öffnete den Blick in die Ferne und die Musik der Vögel und der Natur war Balsam für die Seele. Der Pool ist an heißen Tagen eine wertvolle Bereicherung. Selbst im April konnten wir schon das kühle Nass genießen. Besonders danken wir Nadia ,der wundervollen und herzlichen Seele des Hauses. In der Umgebung kann man viel entdecken und bewundern. In Asti gibt es sehr schöne Museen und Möglichkeiten zur kulinarischen Reise. Alles in allem hatten wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Séjour réussi, de qualité chez Anna Cristina. Logement tranquille un peu à l'écart du bruit de la ville, et proche tout de même dans les accès au centre ville. je recommande.

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Cascina Distrutta è una sistemazione davvero incantevole, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, bagni grandi con sanitari recenti, caminetti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente al punto da dimenticarsi la TV. Marta ha sempre risposto celermente e si è sempre dimostrata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Per completezza d'informazione lascio qualche info supplementare che avevo inizialmente frainteso a beneficio di chi verrà a soggiornare prossimamente: la quadrupla in mansarda e una stanza matrimoniale hanno il bagno indipendente, le altre due stanze matrimoniali hanno il bagno in comune collegato da un'anticamera con porte comunicanti. La sauna (nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo testo) costa 30 euro al giorno e necessita l'apertura e l'accensione anticipata ad opera del vicino. Una cassetta di legna per il camino reperibile sempre dal vicino costa 10 euro, il sapone presente nei bagni è solo quello lavamani senza shampoo/docciaschiuma

Casa e ambiente meraviglioso. Ottima per rilassarsi e spendere un po' di tempo insieme con amici e familiari. La casa è vicina ad Alba, Barbaresco e non lontana da Barolo. In poco più di un'ora si raggiunge Torino. Se avrò la possibilità, tornerò sicuramente. La consiglio.

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé. Elisabetta nous a donné d'excellents conseils de visites, Sandra a été d'une gentillesse et d'une prévenance incroyable (en réservant les restaurants pour nous par exemple). Le jardin de la maison est sublime de nuit, mis en valeurs par un éclairage très bien pensé. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement ce lieu et les personnes qui le gèrent ! Merci du fond du cœur pour ce séjour parfait !

Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Wir waren sehr glücklich und haben uns super mega wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ist vom Weinanbau umgeben, auch war es super ruhig, was wir sehr genossen haben. Wir hatten die ganze Woche tolles Wetter und somit auch sensationelle Sicht in die Berge. Ein Traum….

What an incredible property! Words, nor the pictures do it justice in my opinion. Perfectly remote; you can't see or hear any freeway or any cars, just the hills, vineyards, and nature. However, very easy to locate and approach. The town up on the hill is very quiet, but there is a very nice local restaurant that is a 30 sec walk away. So again, very remote and private property, but you have easy access to simple things you may need/want. Two bedrooms upstairs have plenty of space, beds comfortable enough. Downstairs, the kitchen has all your basic appliances, and the dining room/living room is big too. The balcony/view is fantastic and very much worth the stay. The den above the garage has a ping pong table and has plenty of potential for younger guests part of a family. But most of all, Silvia checked us in and her hospitality was so genuine. Further, Sergio stayed in the property across the driveway and checked on us. Very kind, approachable people. Excited for my next stay!

Séjour très agréable en centre ville de Turin. L'appartement est bien placé, plutôt vaste avec 2 chambres aménagées au 1er étage (avec 2 salles de bain). La place de parking était idéale pour nous (attention quand même aux grands véhicules, la place de parking est étroite). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Alloggio semplicemente perfetto e dotato di tutti i comfort per trascorrere un soggiorno sereno. Isabella super gentile e disponibilissima. Ha anche lasciato giochi, colori e puzzle per le bambine. Comodo per raggiungere il centro e la stazione porta nuova. Dintorni pieni di servizi (supermarket, farmacie, gelaterie etc).

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Marco durante il weekend di Pasqua 2025 e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Marco è stato un host impeccabile: gentile, preciso e sempre rapido nelle risposte, rendendo l'organizzazione del soggiorno semplice e piacevole. L'appartamento era pulito, ordinato e ben attrezzato, perfetto per un soggiorno funzionale e senza sorprese. Anche se la zona non è centrale, è ben collegata e abbiamo raggiunto facilmente i principali punti di interesse di Torino con i mezzi pubblici. Nel complesso, un'ottima esperienza che consigliamo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è una piccola "bomboniera", funzionale e confortevole. Gli host sono molto gentili e disponibili. La zona è distante solo 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, e per quelli a cui non piace camminare e molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. C'è il tram 13 che porta in centro, tram 16 al mercato di Porta Palazzo, il tram 9 al Castello del Valentino/Borgo Medievale, la metro a Lingotto. Tutto come da descrizione e foto. Consigliato.

The apartment and gardens were just absolutely beautiful, with amazing views. Everything was brand new and squeaky clean. It was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely private outdoor area with sun lounges in the garden for relaxing for you wish. You will need a car but it's absolutely worth staying at this apartment. The bed was super comfy and plenty of storage space available in the room. Perfect location to explore the wine routes in the area and close to Alba for shopping, wine shops and restaurants. Margherita was so welcoming and friendly and very communicative. There is parking right at your front door with no steps to navigate into the apartment or outdoor area. There is a washing machine and drying rack which is very convenient. A nice bottle of local wine was supplied as well as fresh eggs which was a really nice touch. This is a must stay in apartment if exploring Alba/Asti/Turin area. Their dog was very friendly and super cute as well.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Le logement était impeccable, et dans son ensemble avec un niveau de qualité et le confort d’un bon hôtel. La pièce était spacieuse, avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Nous recommandons ce logement pour des couples voulant faire un week-end à Turin.

We stayed at Rosanna’s for one night to take in a Juventus game. The location is perfect for the stadium as it is only 10-15 minute walk. Rosanna’s apartment is spotlessly clean and tidy and has everything you need. Communication with Rosanna was very quick and she met us, as agreed, to check in and provide information for our stay. There are two supermarkets within a 10 minute walk and we ate at a lovely pizza restaurant only a minute’s walk along the road from the apartment. We would 100% stay at Rosanna’s again if we come to Turin for the football again.
