Welcome to our 11-acre property with fully stocked one-acre pond for fishing and swimming. We are centrally located amongst the Ashtabula harbor, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and Harpersfield wineries. We have a beautiful king-sized one bedroom and one bath unit with a full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. Roku tvs in living room and bedroom. Laundry facilities on site. Please note: There is a queen Japanese futon or air mattress available for one to two more guests.

Settle into the beach life in this 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment while exploring the nearby wineries or Geneva on the lake. Once you get here, you might just stay here instead. The view from the balcony is everyone's favorite part. Pictures don't do it justice. 10-minute drive to GOTL 20-minute drive to Wineries There is a bar next door open on weekends with live music to enjoy and be aware of. They don't stay open super late.
