Welcome to our 11-acre property with fully stocked one-acre pond for fishing and swimming. We are centrally located amongst the Ashtabula harbor, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and Harpersfield wineries. We have a beautiful king-sized one bedroom and one bath unit with a full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. Roku tvs in living room and bedroom. Laundry facilities on site. Please note: There is a queen Japanese futon or air mattress available for one to two more guests.

Lovely apartment above The Yoga House

The Yoga House is about peace and serenity! We have a Smart Tv and wifi, but no cable. The upper floor is devoted to overnight stay with a kitchen, bedroom,living room and bathroom. You have a separate entrance over top of our Yoga House. Your entrance is to the left and around the back. There are steps as this is on the 2nd floor. We are located just a few miles from Conneaut Township Park with a lovely beach and waterfront dining. There is also many excellent wineries in the area.

Lake Life 2BD in heart of GOTL

Great location - this fun 2BD apartment is in the middle of all the excitement. Right off the strip, you can walk to all the bars, restaurants & shops. You can hear the music from the front porch. Enjoy this century old home that has 4 apartments. There are fire pits in the front & back as well as a back deck in addition to the front porch. Bring your lawn toys as there is plenty of space to play. There is a queen bed in the first bedroom & in the loft there is a queen bed and 2 twin beds.

Our beautiful, 740 sq. ft apartment ready for a cozy country getaway. The private patio is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and watch for the deer. In the country, but 2 miles off the freeway, Manger 6 is 15 minutes from historic Ashtabula Harbor; 11 minutes from Downtown Conneaut; 25 minutes from the Spire; and 25 minutes from all of the Grand River region wineries and Geneva-on-the-lake. Please note that our room rate includes the required 5% county bed tax.

Your getaway awaits! Stay at this unique and tranquil apartment, overlooking the Grand River. Lounge on the patio while bird watching and reading a book. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy a glass of wine. Rent a kayak and enjoy a 2.5 or 7.5 mile trip. Centrally located, we are within 10 minutes of over a dozen wineries, numerous restaurants, 10 minutes to The Spire, 20 minutes to Geneva-On-The-Lake, and near several wonderful beaches on Lake Erie. Enjoy a day at the beach, or go fishing!

LAKE VIEW renovated apartment near beach

This is a beautiful lake side 2nd story apt was designed for affordability, comfort and centrally located between all the campgrounds. Here you will have beautiful lake views and you can fish with thin steps of this apartment. There are two local stores below the apartment. This has plenty of parking and we hope you support our local business. There is a small kitchenette w stove and small fridge. This is perfect for a long affordable weekend. You can rent a boat near this location.

Lakefront Apt on 2nd floor near Wineries and GOTL

Settle into the beach life in this 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment while exploring the nearby wineries or Geneva on the lake. Once you get here, you might just stay here instead. The view from the balcony is everyone's favorite part. Pictures don't do it justice. 10-minute drive to GOTL 20-minute drive to Wineries There is a bar next door open on weekends with live music to enjoy and be aware of. They don't stay open super late.
