Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Lakefront Rustic Cabin

Anchored in the cool shade of Beech and Oak trees, 19 acres and hundreds of feet of lake shore for you to explore. The lake and surrounding forest are home to a wide variety of wildlife, experience for yourself the secret they have found. Truly unwind in this 2 bed 1 bath right on the water's edge. The Lincoln Log cabin is rustic, but made to be comfortable. You'll be surprised at the remoteness and beauty and yet, near Asheboro, Seagrove, Uwharrie National Forest, NC Zoo, Pisgah Covered Br.

Peach's Paradise Eco-Cabin & Bath In The City!

We love couples, solo adventurers, & furry friends who want one level beyond tent camping. Please understand there is very solar power lights. The Eco-Cabin is a rustic, 2-story hand built cabin in town. You'll enjoy the cabin, firepit, firewood, swing chairs, king size bed, linens, and a bathhouse with private toilet, sink and shower. We do allow pets for a 15$ pet fee per pet. There is parking and roaming rights to the surrounding 23.8 acres. We are convenient to the NC Zoo and Seagrove.

Shepard Farm

Secluded and peaceful, the name of the street says it all: Sunset. This gated residence offers breathtaking sunset views across a sprawling 50 acre farm. Take in the landscape, complete with horses & cows, or retire to your exclusive guest house, complete with full kitchen, refrigerator, and washer & dryer. This one big room guest house has a king bed & queen sofa bed, and comes with your own door code, parking space, and private, fenced-in back yard for your pets. (pet fee applies).

Zoo House just minutes to zoo, pottery, sportsplex

The Zoo House is less than 2 miles from the NC Zoo! It’s a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheboro for restaurants, shops, theaters, bowling, & miniature golf. Seagrove Pottery area is a 15 minutes drive as is the Petty Museum; Zip Lining is just 10 minutes away. Relax at our attractive home with comfortable furniture, 100+ mbps WiFi, ulta-hi def smart TVs with Netflix in the living room & MBR, linens provided, stocked kitchen, back deck, grill & picnic table. Make some memories at our cozy country guesthouse. This guesthouse is an open concept living space, with the bathroom being the only enclosed room. Guests have access to a kitchenette with ammendities. In the living area there is a TV with streaming services, queen bed and comfy couch. You will also find a storage rack and table with bar stools. We are 6 minutes from Hwy 74, 10 minutes from Downtown Asheboro and 15 minutes from the NC Zoo.
