Your apartment is located in a private, secure complex. There are two separate units available in the courtyard - perfect for larger groups or families wanting separate units right next to each other. Please check my profile for my other apartment listing called "New Executive Apartment Near Perth CBD + Parking". The space is perfect for country guests wanting to stay both short or long term. Close to the football, shopping, Burswood and centrally located for city weddings. The apartment has been carefully designed to make your stay stress free and relaxing. Situated within a small group of townhouses, your apartment is peacefully quiet, with a large fenced garden area and barbeque. While you will appreciate the large, well-appointed open plan kitchen, you'll also find easy access to cafes and restaurants located on Railway Parade and nearby Eighth Avenue. Living Room: • HD Smart TV & Netflix • Hi speed wireless Wifi (NBN) • Tastefully & comfortably furnished • A large premium sofa bed with all linen provided (bed can be made for you in advance, please let me know) • Easy step-free access throughout the house and to the garden . Electric Fully reclining and “lift to stand” comfy leather lounge chair. Kitchen: • All benchtops and appliances are at a wheelchair accessible height • Dishwasher • Fridge/Freezer • Microwave • Full size Oven/grill with Gas stovetop • Nespresso machine (with pods) • Crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, bowls etc. • Condiments and spices • Wok and Rice Cooker Bedroom: •. The apartment is located within a secure group of apartments. Access to both the parking and the front door is via an electronic lock so you can check-in any time that suits you after 2pm. Once your booking is confirmed, I will provide detailed check-in instructions that are easy to follow. I am available 24/7 to help if needed! My daughter lives in the front house in emergency. You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. As access to the apartment is via electronic keypads, you won’t need to collect any keys from me. However I am available 24 hours a day if you have any questions or would just like a friendly face to show you around the area. The apartment is set in the hip area of Maylands, a short walk from the various cafes along 8th Avenue. The vibrant shops, cafes, and eateries along Beaufort Street and station are steps away. It’s a 15-minute drive from Perth International Airport. With Maylands Train Station only 400m away, it is easy to get to and from the apartment via public transport. There is parking on site, with additional free on-street parking if you have multiple cars. We provide tea, coffee (with your own Nespresso machine) and milk for your breakfast. Please cook! The pantry is also well stocked with spices, oils etc. We want to make your stay effortless. You are welcome to smoke but only outside please.

The Zoo is located only 15 minutes walk away and is 7 minute walk to the major supermarket. Enjoy ‘Casa Colina' our lovely, comfortable, bright clean, airy and fully furnished self contained apartment. The apartment is adjoined to our house but you have total privacy and private access and off-road parking. Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. Bus stops give easy access to Perth City and Fremantle.

For Non Smokers Brand New House on Perth Doorstep

This house is Brand New with central heating and cooling. It's 2- minute walk to a train station. Trains take you to Perth CBD in 7 minutes. Optus Stadium, Galleria Shopping Centre are nearby as are Coles and IGA, the “cappuccino” strip of Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley and Maylands along a dedicated walking and cycle path to most places. A car hire company is less than a 10 minute walk away. Our house is 10 minutes and 15 minutes from the Domestic and International Airports, respectively.

The studio is close to public transport, a short walk from shops, cafes and nightlife. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Located in our backyard over the garage guests can enjoy complete privacy. The studio is fully self-contained with a queen size bed, lounge, bathroom, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and parking. Laundry facilities are available in the main house by request. Also happy to try and accommodate flexible check in/ out times depending on availability

"Armagh On The Park" A former photographic studio and gallery, this newly renovated and charming cottage comes complete with a modern kitchen, dining, bathroom and a separate living area looking out into an award-winning garden sanctuary. The cottage stands alone so you can escape and relax in your own little piece of paradise and can house up to four guests. Free off-street parking. Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

Right in the middle of the Beaufort St Cafe strip! Everything at the doorstep. Cozy, comfortable and convenient! Couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is fitted with reverse cycle Air conditioner and double glazed windows for quiet nights in. We have smart TV, fast WIFI and secured parking. Perfect for business travel and holiday makers. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook own meals however this apartment is located right in the middle of restaurants, bars and cafes.

Fully equipped with all the essentials and more, including your own private driveway with free parking just a few steps from your front door for less than 1/2 the price.
