This fully renovated classic Creole cottage boasts airy 14 foot ceilings, heart pine flooring, seriously comfortable King size bed, furniture and art collected from all over the world and original brick fireplaces, with a feeling of modern chic throughout. Perfect for couples and solo travelers to New Orleans who want to experience the city in a more local and luxurious way. Your booking will be instantly confirmed. Every home is equipped with crisp linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchen and bath essentials—everything you need for an exceptional stay. You will be able to access the entire 1 br/1ba unit, the front porch and courtyard. We are available by phone, email, or Airbnb's message app. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need anything. The Lower Garden District/ Magazine Street area is one of New Orleans' oldest and trendiest neighborhoods, with a mix of 100-year-old houses, cool shops, and restaurants. Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). The apartment is nestled in the CBD, just three blocks from the French Quarter and near the Arts/Warehouse District. The cozy, exposed brick unit offers everything you need, with furnishings from West Elm and Pottery Barn. Walk to many of the city's top restaurants and bars. For the parts of the city to which you can't walk, our building boasts the convenience of being located on one of the city's street car line. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the city and for airport transfers.

Stay in our beautifully renovated home in family-friendly Algiers Point, New Orleans' hidden gem and one of its safest neighborhoods! We're on the CLOSEST residential block to the ferry, giving close access to the French Quarter, Downtown, Superdome, streetcar, & 2 malls. For something more low-key, explore Algiers Point’s historic streets and levee or hang out at our restaurants, coffee shop, & bars - all a 5 minute walk away. Know that linens are ALWAYS freshly laundered after each guest.

Extremely private and spacious home amenable to work or play; central location a few blocks from the Superdome and convenient to the French Quarter and Superdome, this is the place to be for your trip to New Orleans. This home has a balcony overlooking Baronne Street, and is just two blocks from the Mardi Gras parade route on St Charles Avenue. This apartment is also conveniently located directly across the street from Rouses grocery store- a great place to pick up supplies or a meal. N
