This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

The Crow's Nest Coastal Studio

Please note: Maximum stay from May 1 - Sept 30 is 2 weeks. THE CROW'S NEST is a 739 sq ft, private, 2nd-story studio apartment above the detached garage of a waterfront home. It has 10' ceilings and is fully furnished with a private entrance. Walk down the path alongside the house & find incredible views of the bay and Mt Rainier. Use of our 2 small kayaks and the fire pit is free. Downtown quaint historic Gig Harbor is 5-7 miles away from this convenient and affordable guest house.

Your journey to serenity is a lovely 5-to-8-minute walk down a historic hillside to the secluded community of Sunrise Beach. Walking down the private driveway you may see a family of deer on your left when you pass the Historical Marker. Welcome to Lakefront Living in Gig Harbor! Enjoy the serenity of the lake from a comfortable single-story, three-bedroom home. The home is decorated in neutral, soothing colors with light touches of lake décor. Pedal around the lake (seasonal use May-Oct) in the home's 2-person pedal boat (life jackets provided), enjoy our SUP or kayaks on the lake or relax on the deck with something cool to drink while dinner is on the barbeque.
