On 23 acre horse farm with 510 feet of private beach and 1 1/2 miles of walking trails. Relax, enjoy eagles, blue heron, seals, and an occassional Orca.

Vashon Clam Cove Cottage Waterfront with Views

Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

Beautiful upscale newly remodeled home on the beach. Private balconies and extra large windows provide the most unbelievable view from almost everywhere in the home. This is a low bank, on the water, upscale home. Your beach is just steps away. Enjoy kayaking, canoe, bonfires or just stroll the beach and pick up shells. The Captain's House sleeps 6.
