Has a back enclosed patio that includes a stainless steel grill and hood and a mini fridge. Back yard has a large dog run for your pets. Quant little yard includes a bistro patio area and a cute little swing on the tree.

This a great spot to call home while you visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and other attractions. We are centrally located close to the best restaurants in town. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-May 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
