Nuestra Villa Nieves construida en 1910 conserva su arquitectura colonial, sus techos altos de 5 m de altura,columnas con capiteles jónico de origen griego.Ubicada en el Vedado, centro histórico de la ciudad a menos de 50 metros de la calle 23 denominada la Rampa, a 10 minutos de la Habana Vieja y 25 minutos al aeropuerto en taxi, y 5 minutos caminando al malecón.Dispone de cuatro habitaciones con sus 4 baños privados, muy amplias y confortables para familias, parejas,niños y viajes de negocios.

Villababy Miramar Habana an art modern Style Villa

The house purpose 4 bedrooms .Wonderfull villa located on Havana's exclusive district of Miramar. Modern style near to the sea side, there is a large garden, porch and 2 large patios. The rooms are nicely decorated, with AC, comfortable bed, refrigerator, fan, TV and private bath. Also, the house has a generator in case the electricity does not work. There is parking and easy access to Malecon, Vedado and Old Havana. Villababy will be an eternal memory of your vacation in Cuba.

Nuestra casa fue construida en 1962, es premio de arquitectura y está a pocos minutos en auto del Casco Histórico, del Vedado y Miramar así como a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto. Arterias cercanas como Santa Catalina y Mayia Rodriguez hacen que el acceso a la propiedad sea expedito. Nuestra casa es una joya para los amantes de la tranquilidad y el disfrute de la vista de La Ciudad desde un punto alejado y a la vez inmerso en la realidad de los barrios residenciales de La Habana.

BIG HOUSE ON THE SEA! To wake up and ..swim!

The house has four sea view terraces,a small infinity pool and a staircase that descends directly into the sea.You will be immersed in the atmosphere, the colors , the sounds and the smells of the sea and you'll observe to the locals in their sea life made of fishing, kite surf and surfing without loosing the possibility to live the Habana life. Often,in the late afternoon,fishermen reach with their styro foam rafts the house to deliver the freshly caught fish.
