The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Durch die großen Panaromafenster ist man hier vollständig von der Natur umgeben und doch für sich allein. Sogar vom Bad aus kann man in einen separaten Garten treten und durch die Oberlichter leuchten nachts die Sterne.
