This space is the lower one half of a lake front walkout in a very nice quiet neighborhood. You will be able tho enjoy the lake scenes in all 4 seasons from the heated cedar porch. Watching wildlife is always entertaining and relaxing. In spring/Summer you can try your luck at fishing on the private dock. Fishing equipment is available at the house and a bait shop is only a couple miles away.The perennial garden adjacent to 4 season porch will add to the ambiance during the growing season.

Every night you’ll watch the sun set from the oversized deck or from the patio. This house can sleep 10 on Hall Lake in Fairmont, MN ($10 fee added per person above 6 for added cleaning expenses). Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
