The modern kitchen, ideal for self-catering. Access from within the garages via a coded keypad doorway for those who seek a secure environment. The Bower provides overflow accommodation for Kings Cottage for larger family groups.

Ideal family holiday cabin. Get up close to our friendly cows (Hamish & Oreo), Pat our loveable sheep Shaun and Tim. Pick fresh eggs daily courtesy of our chickens and enjoy our 2 mini pigs, Dozer & Willy. Experience the tranquillity of country life. If you are arriving in an electric vehicle a $25 per day charging fee will apply. Please let us know your reason for visiting our area and who you will be traveling with, when booking. Burgess House: A beautiful rural outlook in town

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin.
