Welcome to our piece of paradise in the country side on the outskirts of Fayetteville/Springdale. Our cozy farmhouse was built in 1947 and has the feel of the country while being only minutes from restaurants, shopping & White River access. You are welcome to use the full kitchen, dining room, the outdoor dining area, charcoal grill, fire pit and wood burning stove during your stay. No parties are allowed.

Our cottage style home sits on a private 10 acre mountain top next to the foushee wildlife management and has a wonderful mountain view of Locust Grove, Batesville, Southside, and Newark.
