Santa Maria Condo at Zona Rosa with Fireplace - Walk to Plaza & Art Museums Situated in the Zona Rosa Complex, the stylish 1BR/1BA Santa Maria unit is a short stroll from the historic Plaza, the Georgia O’Keefe Museum, and all downtown Santa Fe has to offer. Walk to the Railyard Arts District to browse boutiques and taste local culinary delights. In the evening, return home to the warm ambience of your own fireplace. ***Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of the other 8 units at the complex - all units are now managed and maintained in-house with limited on-site staff, not through an off-site management company.*** LIVING AREA Relax in the Southwest-chic living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, kiva fireplace, and a 50” flat-screen smart TV with Roku. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the casita-style kitchen, outfitted with stainless-steel appliances including a mini-fridge, two-burner cooktop, and a microwave that also works as a convection oven, and pots and pans for guest use. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the four-person dining table. Additional seating for two is available at the kitchen bar. BED & BATH Located on the ground floor, this single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between a bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed and a 42” smart TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels through satellite, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker (free of charge) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the on-site parking area (which also includes an accessible parking spot). There are two charging stations for electric vehicles (one universal station and one Tesla station) in the parking area. LOCATION Tucked away in exciting downtown Santa Fe, Zona Rosa is just 2 blocks from the historic Plaza and a 10-minute walk from the trendy Railyard District. Spend fun-filled days discovering local sights and flavors near your unit. Or, drive 10 minutes to check out the Meow Wolf’s House of Eternal Return or the Santa Fe Opera. Casita Seco is located on an acre of pasture land and within a short walk to the quaint town of arroyo seco. This studio rental has mountain views from every window surrounded by pasture land and an organic farm. Casita Seco is a short distance to the Taos Ski Valley on one end and the Town of Taos on the other. At least four restaurants are within walking distance along with galleries and shops. Casita Seco is an Adobe studio with Southwestern charm. Saltillo tile floors keep this studio cool in the summer, in floor heating keeps it cozy in the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fun activities for all ages in the Taos area include: skiing, snowboarding in surrounding towns, mountain and desert hiking to rivers and waterfalls, rock climbing (we can help with reservations), whitewater rafting and kayaking, hot air ballooning, golf, tennis, and mountain biking. World class restaurants, shops, a cinema, including a weekly art film series, museums, art galleries, classes, and workshops. Something for everyone. The Taos Ski Valley has many fun events throughout the Winter; the Taos Film Festival takes place in March; the World Poetry Bout in June; the Solar Music Festival in July; the Fall Arts Festival in September; Mountain Film Festival and the Balloon Festival in October. Visit the Taos Pueblo the oldest continually occupied structure in North America with tours and several festivals open to the public. Pets are welcome.
