Come enjoy our beautiful 200-acre national park-esque ranch fringed in gorgeous limestone boulders surrounding a spring-fed 15-acre private lake with outdoor living area and sand beach. Great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing. We are only 5 minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Golf Course and 3EX municipal airport. We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

5 person Teepee no.2

Your overnight stay in an authentic Indian Teepee is outfitted with a King Bed and a twin/queen bunk bed for a total sleeping capacity of up to 5. These teepees have bedding and a private external bathroom with shower, towels and toiletries. The teepees also have a beautiful glass wheeled table and two chairs for seating, a mini frig, microwave, and heat and air-conditioning for year round use. Teepees are secure with private lock, inside and out. This is the perfect glamping experience!

Cozy mountain tipi,5 miles to nearest towns,23 miles to world famous Breckenridge ski resort,22 ft tipi , one queen bed, 2 fold out vintage cots, and room for 2 more sleeping bags on floor, Propane fire pit in center keeps this space toasty warm, propane bbq, picnic table food staging/cooking area and vintage outhouse. Be advised that it is an open wildlife area and wild animals can wander through at anytime ( moose,coyote, bear, Elk,deer,even bobcats), it’s advised that food is stored

Authentic Crow style tipi set in the middle of nature. Enjoy the miles of cleared private hiking trails or travel 15 minutes to national forest trails. (Mark Twain National Forest) Our property is located 1 mile from Bull Shoals Lake boat launch, and 50 minutes from Branson, Mo. Our property also connects with 200 acres of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers property to explore around Bull Shoals Lake.
