A solar powered security camera in the garden can detect and record movement. It is there to detect intruders and to check for storm damage. It is not there to spy on guests.

After accessing the property via a communal entrance hallway, you enter the Coach House where accommodation is spread over 2.5 levels: There is 1 twin room on the ground floor with adjoining shower room The lounge, kitchen/diner and WC share the middle landing. And the first floor houses the exceptional superking master bedroom, a stunning bathroom with roll top bath and a third king size bedroom. There is a large communal garden with patio area and BBQ for your sole use.

Boat House West is right above our private harbour with a fabulous view up Loch Melfort and towards the hills. Downstairs is a bedroom with a superking size bed or twin beds with en suite facilities, a large bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is a kitchen with a large fridge/freezer. Dining and sitting room with an open log fire and flat screen TV. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, both bathrooms en suite. Sauna.

This bright and cheerful cottage consists of a spacious open plan living room with kitchen area. There is a sitting out area from the kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one with a king sized bed (1.5m wide), and a bunk bedroom with full sized single beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower over the bath, double sinks and of course a toilet. The bathroom and bedrooms are upstairs.
