It features a queen-size bed (150×190 cm), a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a private interior patio with colourful décor and soft natural light. The patio faces the inside of the building and has no sea or garden views. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shops are a short walk away. The direct airport bus 091 stops nearby, free street parking is available.

Beautiful twoo-storey semi-detached house with a large terrace and wonderful sea views, located between the beaches of Anfi del Mar, Patalavaca, Costa Alegre and Arguineguín. On the main floor we find the living room with Smart TV, WIFI and ceiling fan, full kitchen, toilet and terrace with barbecue, outdoor table and two sunbeds. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan, and the bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a second bedroom with two single beds.
