Oceanfront apartment in Arguineguin, on the south coast, where winter is warm and windless. The terrace of the studio overlooks the ocean and the beautiful Mediterranean garden as we exit the house, we are on the shore of the golden, with a free beach and cafes. The apartment has unlimited Wi-Fi and mobile air conditioning. The center is a 2-minute walk away, with restaurants, a shopping center and entertainment venues. Can be booked for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old).

Just 80 steps from La Lajilla Beach with direct access (no stairs), this renovated studio is ideal for couples or solo travellers. It features a queen-size bed (150×190 cm), a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a private interior patio with colourful décor and soft natural light. The patio faces the inside of the building and has no sea or garden views. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shops are a short walk away. The direct airport bus 091 stops nearby, free street parking is available.

Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
