Wonderful 2BR Condo - Walk to Bavaro Beach

Modern styled two bedroom, two bath condo a few minutes walk to the beach. The condo is in a private, gated community with 24-hour security and off-street parking. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds. The well-maintained community with beautiful gardens and two pools is close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The community water system, the condo washer/dryer, water heater, and the refrigerator were all replaced in 2023.

'Casa Azul' Luxurious Penthouse

You will enjoy this second floor penthouse in the beautiful Rosa Hermosa community overlooking the pool. This fully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom will make your stay in Punta Cana amazing. The unit is centrally located with walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything you will need for a fabulous vacation. All amenities are within 2-10 min walk so easy access to everything. The condo is set up with everything you will need to make this an unforgettable vacation spot.

This 2nd floor 2BR, 2BA PH is located in the center of all the action along the very popular El Cortecito strip of Bavaro and is only about a 6 minute walk to everything you might need. You will not find a more central location and desirable residence as we have here in Mia Hermosa .. Just a few minutes from a varied amount of bars , restaurants , shops and a few minutes more to our gorgeous Bavaro Beach . The apartment is stunning with 50 MBPS wifi over looks the dreamy pool with loungers and shade for your leisure .
