The residence offers free private parking, a relaxing garden and a shared terrace with other guests. The apartment is on the first floor, feature air conditioning and flat-screen satellite TV, the bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen is completely furniture. The apartments are cozy and bright, they are tastefully furnished and include a bathroom, a kitchen and bed-linen. Because all apartments include fully equipped kitchens, breakfast is not included in the room price. Guests can choose from 3 different "Studio" apartments depending on the desired number of beds.
