This beautiful two bedroom flat has some of the best views, looking over to Arran, Cumbrae, Wee Cumbrae and over to Bute and Argyll. The property has one en-suite shower room and a very large spacious bathroom with overhead shower. The kitchen, living room is open planned which just opens up the space and lets you enjoy the amazing views. This is a perfect getaway flat with 5 mins into town and the ferry over to Millport. With only 100 yards to the beach it really is in the perfect location.

In an excellent seafront location with great views over the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig. It is 1.5miles, 2.4km from Royal Troon Golf Club. The flat has been fully refurbished.
