This incredible space has been the inspirational hub for designing the most creative projects in Humboldt during the past 18 years. Now it has been reborn as an immersive space to enjoy the redwoods. Every inch has been thoughtfully designed to allow our guests to feel the enveloping majestic nature of the surrounding forest. Upon arrival, a golf cart awaits for your journey through the woods, to the upper landing of the raised boardwalk crossing over a seasonal creek bringing you to The Studio.

The "Whispering Trees Luxury Cottage" is your quiet, cozy country getaway just 2 miles from town, across the street from the Mad River and 5 miles from the beach. Cruising up the long driveway, you'll be welcomed by our mustang, and adorable donkeys. We welcome guests of all backgrounds and love making new friends. NO FIRES ALLOWED - anyone who breaks this rule will be fined $300.

Our restored, historic cottage is at the center of our vibrant community. Just two blocks from the Plaza and in close walking distance (5 minutes or less) to the best farmers' market, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, a creperie, an excellent independent movie theater, an art store, record and book stores, and within a 10-15 minute walk to Redwood Park and the Marsh & Wildlife Sanctuary. Modern Mini Downtown Arcata Guest House

Cozy, bright, and intimate 1-bedroom tiny house with private outdoor area. Don't be fooled by her 264-square-foot size. Mini packs comfort in all the right places. Equipped to host just two optimally, but up to four guests — it has a queen bed in the snug bedroom, and a double (full-size) sofa bed in the living area. Our garage makeover project created a home with a small footprint but big on style. Blocks to the Arcata Plaza, near shopping, dining & bars.

Private studio in downtown Arcata. Simple, budget-friendly Pets are welcome. One pet fee applies; additional pets may be approved with an extra fee. After two pets, the pet fee doubles. Winter heating is limited. Indoor temperatures typically range between 65–75°F. Two wall heaters are provided. This is intentional and disclosed — please book accordingly if you require full thermostat control. Very sensitive to colder temperatures are not a good fit
