Welcome to Woodland! Our converted Master Bedroom Studio unit comes with a Queen bed and full bathroom w/walk-in shower. Private side entry. Amenities include mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, fresh towels & linens, complimentary water & coffee. Driveway parking available. Close to Sacramento Int’l Airport (15 min), UCDavis (11 min), Golden1 Stadium (20 min), Cache Creek Casino (35 min). Accessible to I-5, Hwy 113 & Hwy 16. We our located in a residential area w/easy shops and restaurants.

Private 1 bedroom Guest Unit. Sleeps 3 People.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

This peaceful cottage sits on an oak dotted hill overlooking the lake and offers sweeping panoramic views from almost every room in the house. It would make a great homebase for adventures fishing, boating, hiking, winetasting, etc. Travel less than one minute by car (5 on foot), & you'll find a park, a public beach, & a free boat launch. Or, you can stay home & cook a meal in its deluxe kitchen. King size beds in both bedrooms. Restaurants, coffee, & shopping within easy walking distance.

Very quiet, the perfect stop between the redwood trees and the Bay Area Relax on the deck shaded by mature oak trees and watch the osprey’s gliding below you or use the house as a jumping off point. Mendocino National Forest, just 20 minutes away, offers endless possibilities: mountain bike and explore the local trails

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

Well House

This comfortable cottage is an awesome place to have some quiet, privacy and fun together. It is surrounded by a privacy fence, from my home. The bedroom area is new, and connected by a porch to an older bathroom and kitchen. You can recline in the double recliner leather love-seat and watch a movie on the flat screen television and walk to the stores and restaurants. Three miles from Harbin Hot Springs, and a 20' drive to Calistoga. All races, folks, and LGBT friendly.

Standard check in is 4 pm. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive, this helps with scheduling our cleaners. Please! There is on street parking only. No laundry on site. NO SMOKING!!! Very small older home, in an older neighborhood. Smart TV in each room with Hulu and Netflix. There is NO cable!! Pet approvals are based on breed/allergens. Please INQUIRE on pet fee before booking. The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
