Beautiful apartment next to Barekamutyun metro

The apartment is very lovely, it is on 5th floor of a 5-floor old stone Soviet-era building. Most of the furniture is restyled vintage furniture except the kitchen/bathroom. There is a bedroom and a second smaller room which one can use as an office space but it also has pretty comfortable bed ("thakhta"). This is my daughter's apartment but we rent it out when she is not in the country. We want to welcome guests who want to feel at home in Yerevan right away, and will be respectful to our home.

Мы осуществляем один бесплатный трансфер от или до аэропорта и предоставляем сим карту с местным номером и интернетом

There is a bedroom with double bed, bath, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with 2 sofa-beds in the apartment (66 Sq/m).Great view to mountain Ararat and stylish interior with necessary and well designed equipment will make your Armenian trip very comfortable and unforgettable.
